Whether you get a 30 minute massage or a 120 minute massage, you can expect a session that is uniquely tailored to your needs. The goal is to relieve tension and relax the body while addressing specific areas of concern. I will always check in with you about pressure preferences, this way I can make sure that massage is effective without causing any unnecessary harm. I always welcome an open dialogue of communication before, during and after the session, that way, if you have any questions or comments, I can address them as quickly as possible, please don’t be afraid to speak up if you sense something isn’t right or you need something.

How long should I book a massage for?
Keep in mind that shorter massage sessions are designed for concentrating on specific areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders and lower back. Shorter sessions work well for people who regularly receive body work…ie..once a week or every other week.
